生於香港，自小酷愛繪畫、書法、手工藝及旅遊，80年代入讀巴羅克美術學院，研習素描、油畫、粉彩、西洋美術史及色彩學。曾隨已故楊令儀老師研習中國書法。

1997-2011 期間多次參與楊令儀老師師生聯展，醉墨書畫會及香港水墨藝術研究會於香港大會堂聯展 2004-2007 參與司徒志明老師師生聯展 2008-2013 參與國際崇藝社於香港視覺藝術中心聯展 2009 參與第四屆理工大學藝術節壁畫工程，負責戟絨工作坊 2010-2012 理工大學–戟絨工作坊導師 2013 香港水墨藝術研究會於元朗劇院聯展 2014 參與國際崇藝社於香港視覺藝術中心舉辦的「陳淑儀 x 陳淑儀」雙人展 2015 參與Cuba Seven 於Dare to Dream Gallery聯展
